Jim Rivers – Airport Vultures

Carl Cox’s Intec Digital is proud to bring you “Airport Vultures” – the debut artist album from one of the UK’s finest – Jim Rivers.

This electronic masterpiece brings together Jim’s astounding production skills and musical prowess, giving you 14 tracks of refined Techno. Jim describes, “It’s definitely a new chapter in my sound and development as an artist.”  This new chapter is clear from the start with tracks like “Tangent” & “Phoenix” bringing Detroit Vibes to the forefront of this album but certainly moving forward with it’s own electronic soul throughout. 2010 saw Jim release his first track on Intec – “Uber Rauh EP“, and was the first step towards creating “Airport Vultures” with the track ‘We can do this all night’ being hammered worldwide.

Airport Vultures already has Laurent Garnier in support who, on hearing it in Ibiza this summer has been heaping praise on the album saying “The whole thing is sooo strong, stunning quality and what’s very rare is there isn’t even one weak track on the album.” High praise indeed from a certified legend of the electronic music scene. Airport Vultures from start to finish is a journey through the electronic influences and progression of Jim’s style and sound and as he says himself, “I’m looking forward to people hearing it and hopefully enjoying it too”.
